A two-storey side extension creating two flats with accessibility adaptations, requiring planning permission, Building Regulations approval and Party Wall agreements.
Outcome
Planning, Building Regulations and the party wall awards with both neighbours all secured, and the extension delivered with an accessible ground-floor flat for the family.
