Condition surveys of 60 properties covering roofs, elevations, balconies, windows and drainage, using drone inspections where access was restricted.
Outcome
Prioritised repair schedules and budget forecasts delivered for the whole group of properties, giving the council a costed programme for its planned maintenance budget.
