Robbie Ware

Robbie is a chartered building surveyor with over twelve years in practice, leading a team of surveyors on projects of varying size and complexity. He joined Alderton Associates in January 2026 from Barker Associates, with earlier roles at Greenfields Community Housing and in retail design.

His experience spans education, social housing, ecclesiastical, commercial and residential work, with particular strengths in heritage and listed buildings, structural stabilisation and piling schemes, work in occupied buildings, and grant-funded projects where compliance reporting matters.

Robbie gained RICS chartered status in 2023 and runs projects across RIBA stages 0 to 6, from feasibility through to handover.
