Tom Bartlett

Tom is a building surveyor in the practice’s inspection team, carrying out stock condition surveys, defect inspections and schedules of condition for housing associations, councils and private clients.

He records buildings digitally on site so that data and photographs reach clients without re-typing, and supports the project leads with specifications and site inspections.
