We designed a new family dwelling and provided planning support services to ensure a very challenging planning process was overcome. Upon planning approval we were then instructed to produce a full set of construction plans which were used to obtain full plans Building Regulations approval.

The first phase of this expansion scheme saw the design and construction of a new 6-classroom teaching block which was successfully delivered to an extremely tight programme. We worked closely with the Local Authority to ensure successful delivery to meet the educational need.

After carrying out an initial survey of a fire damaged property, we produced a specification and tendered the works. We then managed these on site including full financial reporting for insurance purposes. The works were carried out quickly and to a high standard to allow tenant reoccupation. 

2-storey side extension to form 2nr flats

We were commissioned to design and manage this two-storey side extension to create 2nr. new flats, one of which included a number of adaptations and design features to assist the client's elderly father. The works required planning approval, Building Regulations approval and Party Wall Awards.

After a challenging planning process, we obtained approval for this new build chalet bungalow and followed a client request to specify a high performance building using modern methods of construction where possible. This included a whole-house ventilation and heat recovery system. 

New nursery teaching block

The design and construction of a new nursery with outdoor play area, improved parking and the demolition of the previous nursery. We designed and oversaw construction of a high quality reception teaching block as well as reorganising the outdoor spaces around the existing school.
